CM to unfurl National Flag at state level Independence Day function at Patiala

Chandigarh, August 6, 2014: The Punjab Government to organize State level Independence Day function at Patiala this year, where Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal would unfurl the National Flag. Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr.Charanjit Singh Atwal would unfurl the National Flag at Ludhiana and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal would be the Chief Guest at the Independence Day function at Bathinda, where he would unfurl the National Flag.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of the state government said that Cabinet Ministers; Chunni Lal Bhagat would unfurl National flag at Jalandhar, Ajit Singh Kohar at Moga, Gulzar Singh Ranike at Amritsar, Madan Mohan Mittal at Roop Nagar, Parminder Singh Dhindsa at Hoshiarpur, Sohan Singh Thandal at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Janmeja Singh Sekhon at Mansa, Surjit Kumar Jayani at Fazilka, Jathedar Tota Singh at Ferozepur, Bikram Singh Majithia at SAS Nagar, Sikander Singh Maluka at Faridkot, Anil Joshi at Kapurthala, Surjit Singh Rakhara at Fatehgarh Sahib, Sharanjit Singh Dhillon at Sangrur, Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema at Gurdaspur and Deputy Speaker Dinesh Singh would unfurl the National flag at Pathankot.
The spokesperson further said that the Chief Parliamentary Secretaries Chaudhary Nand Lal would unfurl the National Flag at Phagwara, Sant Balbir Singh Ghunas at Barnala, Desh Raj Dhugga at Dasuya, Harmeet Singh Sandhu at Batala, Mantar Singh Brar at Sri Muktsar Sahib, Mohinder Kaur Josh at Tarn Taran, Avinash Chander at Jagroan, K.D. Bhandari at Nakodar, Inderbir Singh Bolaria at Ajnala, Amar Pal Singh Ajnala at Baba Bakala, Gurbachan Singh Babbehali at Mukerian, Virsa Singh Valtoha at Patti, N.K. Sharma at Rajpura, F. Nisara Khatoon at Malerkotla, Navjot Kaur Sidhu at Khadoor Sahib, Parkash Chand Garg at Sunam, Saroop Chand Singla at Rampura Phool and Som Parkash at Phillaur.
