Badal mourns tragic demise of Tarn Taran ADC

Chandigarh, February 3, 2014: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad and tragic demise of Tarn Taran Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Kulbir Singh, who died in a fatal road accident near Goindwal Sahib this morning.
In a condolence message, the Chief Minister recalled the distinguished services of Kulbir Singh during his long bright career as an able and dedicated administrator with the qualities of humility, sincerity   and professional commitment.
