Chandigarh, December 10, 2015: The Roller Hockey Team of Chandigarh brought laurels to the city beautiful by winning the gold medal at the 61st National School Games 2015 held in Balgavi, Karnataka, last week. The city team which consisted of local lads Manmohan Sandhu, Keerat Chauhan from St.John’s School, Aseem patharia and Vikram Singh from Ryan International, Capt.Sahil Ashat and team. Chandigarh team beat Punjab by 12 goals to 3 in the final match. It’s the second consecutive gold for Chandigarh in roller hockey nationals.
