Capt Amarinder to move adjournment motion in Parliament to discuss collapse of law and order in Punjab

Chandigarh, May 4, 2015: Congress Deputy Leader in the Lok Sabha Capt Amarinder Singh will move an adjournment motion in the Lok Sabha tomorrow for discussion on the collapse of law and order situation in Punjab.
Disclosing this here today, Capt Amarinder,  after returning from Moga where he met the parents of the girl who died after she was pushed off from a running Orbit bus, said that the law and order situation had totally collapsed in Punjab and there was an atmosphere of lawlessness, fear and insecurity prevailing everywhere in the state. "The government has abdicated all it authority", he said.
He said, he will also be seeking time from the President of India to lead a Congress delegation to him seeking dismissal of the Badal government and imposition of the President's rule in Punjab at the earliest.
