Ludhiana, December 24, 2018: Leading architects from Punjab under banner of Indian Institute of Architects shall meet Local Bodies Minister Punjab Navjot Singh Sidhu once a month as asked by LG Minister to discuss and give feedback about working of various local bodies in state of Punjab and contribution of Practicing Architects.
LG Minister also assured that two architects from each corporation city will be special invitees in meetings.
A delegation of Punjab Architects office bearers under Chairmanship of Sanjay Goel met LG minister today. Meeting was also attended by Venu Prasad - PSLG , Karnesh Sharma - director LG, Ar Pritpal Singh, Ar Rajinder Sandhu, Ar Yogesh Singla, Ar Shubam Polpli, Ar Julie Khanna, Ar Sarika Khullar and Ar Palka Nagpal.
Minister also finalised office space for architects in Ludhiana Corporation till plot is allotted to them.
Architects were also asked to submit their views regarding difficulties being faced regarding online approvals, building byelaws etc.
