This is to certify that Mr.Daman Arya is a 16 year old boy (Patient No.C-7729923) under treatment for B cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This is a type of blood cancer which will benefit from treatment with chemotherapy.
The estimated expense for the same is approximately 7 lakhs in the absence of untoward complications. His father who is the sole source of income has limited financial means to support his treatment and requests for support. This is to request you to kindly help the family to treat their son.
Added expenses may have to be met if there are complications (Infections, Blood transfusions/ Relapse). This is an open appeal to all the generous citizens to come forward and kindly consider donating for the benefit of the patient. Donations can be as multi city cheques or Bank Drafts payable to the Christian Medical College & Hospital Ludhiana Society at Ludhiana.
