Apeejay College of Fine Arts organised Power Point presentation on occasion of Gandhi Jayanti

Jalandhar, October 4, 2016: The Departments of History, Philosophy and Political science of Apeejay College of Fine Arts organised Power Point Presentation Competition on the principles of Mahatma Gandhi on Monday. The main objective of this competition was to create awareness among the students regarding the principles of the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi. 13 teams participated in the competition and the topics were: Incredible India, Akbar the Great, Women Empowerment, Drugs in Punjab, E-Waste etc. Mr. R. K. Sharma (Dept. of English), Madam Supreet Talwar (Dept. of Economics) and Madam Rekha (Dept. of Comp. Sc) were the judges of the event.
Principal Dr. Sucharita appreciated the work of the students and felt that the students are quite aware about various social issues. Not only this she also appreciated the students’ awareness and interest regarding the history of India. The winning teams were awarded prizes-
