The AAP volunteers on Saturday carried out a peaceful candle light march which started from PAU Gate No.2 at Ludhiana, demanding justice for genocide victims of 1984 as well as victims of riots everywhere else in the [email protected]

Ludhiana, November 2, 2014: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) volunteers all over Punjab participated in `Insaaf Ki Pukar’ march on Saturday late evening as called by the party’s National Convener Arvind Kejriwal. The AAP volunteers from Ludhiana carried out a peaceful candle light march which started from PAU Gate No.2 demanding justice for genocide victims of 1984 as well as victims of riots everywhere else in the country. They reiterated that AAP was duty bound to demand justice for riot victims and called for speedy delivery of justice to victims of such violence as `Justice Delayed is Justice Denied’.
Senior AAP leader and Supreme Court Lawyer HS Phoolka who has been fighting for riot victims for the past thirty years, stressed that parties should not play politics with riot affected and should rise above petty gains to deliver justice and support to riot victims everywhere. Moreover party should not indulge in politics of hate which costs the lives of poor people.
In Ludhiana this march was led by Dr. HS Cheema, Varinder Khara, Jatinder Modgill, Capt. Satbir Singh, Ahbaab Grewal and All youth Volunteers.
