32nd General Conference of Northern Zone Insurance Employees’ Association begins with its open session

Ludhiana, November 4, 2019: 32nd General Conference of Northern Zone Insurance Employees’ Association was started with its open session. Before the start of General Conference a huge rally was conducted and it started from Guru Nanak Dev Bhawan. The rally was led by 32 women employees with a single dress code. According to Amarjit Singh, Convenor of the conference more than 800 employees had participated in this rally. The employees were carrying banner and placards by giving the message “Save Public Sector, Stop Attack on Profit Making Public Sector –LIC”. Prof.Jagmohan Singh, Chairman, Reception Committee welcomed the participants through his inaugural speech. He further told that after the rally an open session was held and it was inaugurated by Com.Rupchand Pal, Former Member Parliament and Former Chairman, Parliamentary Committee in Public Sector. Tomorrow, the delegates & observer session will start at 9am.
