15 years old girl act Ferozepur DC for one day

Ferozepur, September 13, 2019: Just like the famous bollywood flick “Nayak” in which Bollywood star Anil Kapoor had become “One Day Chief Minister”, Anmol Beri, a student of 10+1 class studying in one of the schools of this border town got the opportunity to become the “Deputy Commissioner for one day” of this district. It is pertinent to mention here that Anmol is suffering from a rare disease due to which she could not grow tall (height 2’8”). However, even after going through several surgeries, her confidence is unfaltering. Giving more details, DC Chander Gaind said that he had met Anmol during one of the functions against drug abuse held in her school. “I was astonished to see the talent and the confidence of the girl. I was told by her teachers that she is very bright student. When I asked her what she wants to become in her life, she told me that she wants to become an IAS officer. Then I told Anmol that I can help her in realizing her dream by giving her an opportunity to work as the Deputy Commissioner for one day so that she could know the working style of IAS officers”, said Gaind. Today, DC Gaind along with other officials reached her house to pick Anmol on his official vehicle. Anmol, was given “red carpet” welcome by the DC office employees. Later, she sat along with DC Gaind and observed the functioning of the office. She also attended several congratulations call made by senior officials of the district. Giving her suggestions, Anmol talked about various problems being faced by the residents of this border town including improvement in the condition of the roads, ban on plastic, regarding cleanliness in area, stray cattle. Her suggestions/ instructions were immediately conveyed to the concerned officials by DC Gaind. On this occasion, DC Gaind also announced Anmol as the Brand Ambassador of “Beti Padhao Beti Bachao” campaign in this border district. Parminder Singh Pinki, who also reached DC office to convey his wishes, left no word in praising Anmol. He said that children like Anmol are assets for our society. Amit Beri and Chetna, parents of Anmol said that they are so happy to see their daughter today. “We always believed in her and made her believe that she would do something in her life. We are so happy and thankful to the Deputy Commissioner who has boosted the morale of our daughter”, said Amit Beri, a businessman.
