ZEE TV- Jay Bhanushali & Mahi Vij to shake a leg on Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se!

One of the most sought after couple of the television industry, Jay Bhanushali and Mahi Vij will be seen giving a power packed performance in Zee TV’s Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori se on this Monday’s (9th Sep) episode. Leaving all her riches behind, Shivani (Mansi Srivastav) is soon to enter Raghu’s (Arhaan Behl) simple and down-to-earth household post her marriage and to ensure that her welcome is a grand one, Jay Bhanushali and Mahi Vij will be seen performing on a special number from the movie Shuddh Desi Romance.

While for Jay, it feels home to be a  part of any Zee show, Mahi was seen enjoying herself to bits on the sets as well as she was paired opposite her husband. Talking about his performance, Jay said, “Zee is family to me, and when they asked me to be a part of the dance sequence, I could not say no. And moreover, I and Mahi have always loved doing dance routines and when I asked Mahi if she was up for it, she immediately agreed.”

From dress rehearsals to getting the steps right, both Jay and Mahi were seen in a playful mood while doing the sequence. When asked Mahi about her performance, she said, “The song we performed on was so upbeat and full of energy that it didn’t feel like we were shooting. The two of us had a blast being a part of the show and perform on the chart-topping number. Hope the audiences will love it equally.”

Zee TV’s brand new offering – Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, seems to be striking a chord with its audiences with the tale of an affluent Shivani and Raghu, who belongs to a not so well-to-do family. While Raghu is nothing but an aide of Shivani’s grandfather – Balwant Chauhan (Alok Nath), a twist in the tale ends up making him the groom of his master’s grand-daughter.  The viewers are surely in for a treat with their favorite couple – Jay and Mahi performing for them on this special episode of Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se.
