Workshop on energy management at BCM School, Dugri

Ludhiana, June 2, 2016: A valuable workshop on ‘Energy Management’ was organised in the school premises for the teachers with the purpose to acknowledge them with the much sought after global phenomenon of ‘Peak Performance’.
Ms.Gulneet Chahal, an expert in leadership & communication was the resource person. The prime objective of the workshop was to create an energy bank, unfold emotional myths and ways to lower the stress footprint.
Extending a vote of thanks, the School Principal Dr.Vandna Shahi expressed her elation as the session proved to be a power house of knowledge and enabled one & all to be younger, happier & healthier.
