Win-Win for SAD-BJP alliance in MC Polls at Ferozepur

Ferozepur, February 25, 2015: Huge turnout of voters was seen in Ferozepur during the MC Polls today.  Though, the polling remained peaceful throughout the day, diminutive incidents of infightings between the supporters of party candidates were reported in few wards. The polling in ward number 14 was adjourned. Sandip Singh Garha, SDM, Ferozepur while confirming the turn of events said that they have submitted a report to the State Election Commission

In Ferozepur City Municipal Council 71.3%, in Zira Municipal Council 79.77%, In Talwandi Bhai 73.66%, in Mamdot 86.12% and in Mudki 87.5% votes were polled. In Guruharsahai SAD-BJP candidates had already been elected unopposed. No violence was reported in any of this area.
