WHITE KNIGHT CORPS BIDS FAREWELL TO BRAVEHEARTS  WITH FULL MILITARY HONOURS

Jalbdhar, December 24, 2017: White Knight Corps bid farewell to the four brave hearts who laid down their life guarding the Nation’s frontiers while serving at the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri sector (J&K).
A military send off was organized at Udhampur and Jammu in honour of the valorous Army personnel, wherein, wreaths were laid by Lt Gen D Anbu, GOC-in-C Northern Command and Lt Gen Saranjeet Singh, GOC White Knight Corps.
Dr.Nirmal Kumar Singh, Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister, Jammu and Kashmir paid tributes to the brave hearts and laid wreath at Jammu.
Major Moharkar Prafulla Ambadas aged 32 years, belonged to District Bhandara, Maharashtra and is survived by his wife Smt Aboli Moharkar. Lance Naik Gurmail Singh aged 34 years, belonged to District Amritsar, Punjab and is survived by his wife Smt Kuljit Kaur and a daughter. Lance Naik Kuldeep Singh, aged 30 years, belonged to village Kaureana, Talwandi Sabo, Bhatinda, Punjab and is survived by his wife Smt Jaspreet Kaur and two children, a son and a daughter. Sepoy Pargat Singh aged 30 years, belonged to District Karnal, Haryana and is survived by his wife Smt Ramanpreet Kaur and a son.
Lt Gen Saranjeet Singh, GOC White Knight Corps on paying homage to the gallant soldiers, said that the undaunting valiant acts of our soldiers will continue to motivate the future generations. The nation will remain ever indebted for the supreme sacrifice and devotion to duty of our heroes.
