UNIFORM approach required for all over development: Tewari

Ludhiana, July 6, 2013: Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari has said that uniform approach is vital for the overall development. Addressing the gathering at Arya Samaj Dharmshala, Ludhiana today Tewari said the State of Punjab is lagging behind due to the discriminating approach of the Akali-BJP Government. He said that no fund is being provided to the area which is being represented by Congress.

He asserted that discriminating policy is not going to be succeed. The recent Panchyati Raj elections has proved that despite misusing of the official machinery and pressures large number of Congressmen have been elected Panches and Sarpanches.

Tewari lauded the role of Arya Samaj in the different field especially awakening the people against social evils and the Arya Samaj reflects the culture of India.

He presented a cheque of Rs. 5 lac grant from his MPLADS fund for the construction of Dharmshala to the Arya Samaj President Atam Parkash.

Earlier, he laid the foundation stone for the Dharmshala.
