Ludhiana, December 1, 2019: Bhog and Antim Ardas of Ludhiana's prominent industrialist Sardar Dharam Singh Matharoo took place today at Gurdwara Shaheedan Pheruman, Dholewal Chowk, Ludhiana. It was attended largely by industrialists, traders, politicians, municipal councillors, social workers, family members, friends and others.
Association of Ludhiana Machine Tool Industry president Jagtar Singh, general secretary Sushil Kumar and other office-bearers were among those who were present there.
Kirtan was also performed on the occasion.
Heartfelt tributes were paid to the departed soul. Services rendered to the industry and the society as well by the deceased, were recalled.
Sardar Dharam Singh Matharoo had died on November 25, 2019 at SPS Hospitals, Ludhiana.
He was 84 years old.
