Mr. Sachin Lakra & Mr. Gurmeet Singh Kular President FICO with FICO Young Leaders at The Seminar "Grooming Young CEOs".
Ludhiana, January 6, 2016: FICO - YLF ( Federation of Indian Industries & Commercial Organisation - Young Leaders Forum) in association with Indian Institute of Human Excellence and Development organised a training seminar on Grooming Young Leadership & Business Management Skills of next generation - budding CEO's at Hotel Lamellz Dhandari Kalan, Ludhiana.
Team Coach, Mr Sushil Arora from Indian Institute of Human Excellence & Development (IIHED) - shared his experiences from IIM Ahmedabad. He established the leadership style of Jack Welch, former CEO of GE-General Electricals. Participants learnt the tools of hiring the best team for their organisations.
Mr. Sachin Lakra Managing Director S.K.Bikes was the guest of honour. He shared his Charismatic Leadership style tips of Hiring for a well performing team with the participants from his personal experience.
Mr Gurmeet singh Kular President FICO also shared their Learning experiences with Young Leaders who are the future of Our Nation, Even though Guidance is no Substitute for Real life Experiences but learning from experiences/ Knowledge of the Mentors will always be helpful to the up coming Leaders or Doyen of Industry
MR. Manjinder Singh Sachdeva General Secretary FICO said that this young Leaders forum would pave a way for Our Budding CEO's
The session was attended by the young Directors Mr. Varun Mittal of KUDU Knit Fab, Mr. Abhey Aul of M/s Appu International,Mr. Bunny Birdi of Birdi Engineer, Mr Jasmeet Singh of M/s Kular International, Mr. Rattandeep Singh of m/s Asian Cranes, Mr. Mr. Japneet Singh of M/s Hianken Bikes, Mr. Harsh Gupta of M/s Quality Steels, Mr. Vikas Goyal of M/s Megoco India, Mr. Anhad Chawla from Indson Knits Mr. Varun Aggarwal of M/s Gennex Exports Mr. Akash Goyal of M/s Super Engineers & Mr. K.P Singh of M/s Limco exports.
In this programme participants came all the way from Mandi Gobindgarh & barnala to be a part of first ever such endeavour.
In the end, all participants acknowledged FICO - YLF & IIHED for the unique initiative. S. Japneet Singh President YLF thanked Mr. Sushil Arora for such an interactive session.
