LUDHIANA, MAY 4, 2018: Punjab Government is all set for commemorating the birth anniversary of Sikh Warrior Maharaja Jassa Singh Ramgarhiya on May 5 in Ludhiana, in which Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Rana Gurmeet Singh Sodhi would be the chief guest.
Divulging the details, Deputy Commissioner Pradeep Kumar Agrawal said that the state level function is being held in the auditorium of Guru Nanak Dev Bhawan in which apart from Cabinet Minister Rana Gurmeet Singh Sodhi, Member of Parliament Ravneet Singh Bittu, all Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs) of Ludhiana, elected representatives and huge number of people would take part. He said that the function would commence at 10.30 am.
DC appealed the people of all sections to participate in the function. He also reviewed preparations of the event by holding a meeting with the officials of various departments and assigned them the duties regarding the event.
