Chandigarh, December 2, 2015: The Punjab Government has notified the reconstituted Revenue, Rehabilitation & Disaster Management, Information & Public Relations, Non-Conventional Energy Department Advisory Committee. The new committee would advise in framing and executing policies of these departments for the Year 2015-16.
A government spokesperson said that Revenue, Rehabilitation & Disaster Management, Information & Public Relations, Non-Conventional Energy Minister Mr. Bikram Singh Majithia would be the Chairman of the Committee. The spokesperson said that committee would have 5 official members including Additional Principal Secretary Revenue, Rehabilitation & Disaster Management and Additional Principal Secretary Information & Public Relations, Principal Secretary Non-Conventional Energy Department, and Head of concerned department.
The committee would have 10 non-official members, five from the Shiromani Akali Dal Mr. Mahesh Inder Singh, Mr. Hari Singh, Mr. Joginder Singh alias Jindu,Mr. Gurtej Singh Guriana and Mr. Harpreet Singh, three from the Congress including Ajaib Singh Bhatti, Mr. Sunil Kumar Jhakkar and Mr. Amrinder Singh Raja Warring, one from the Bhartiya Janta Party namely Seema Kumari one independent Mr.Balwinder Singh Bains.
