A meeting of Ludhiana First Club held here today, in which renowned local social activist NS Nanda being honoured for his services rendered in different fields of the society.
Ludhiana, August 10, 2013: A meeting of Ludhiana First Club held here today, in which renowned local social activist NS Nanda was honoured for his services rendered in different fields of the society.
On the occasion, Nanda and Jaswant Singh Makkar were given wishes on their birth anniversaries. All gathered also prayed for long life of both Nanda and Makkar.
The meeting that was attended among others by the Club’s patron Subhash Aggarwal and others including Om Parkash Malhotra, Mohinder Singh, Rajesh Kakkar, Vikas Goyal and Pardeep Uppar strongly felt concern over the aggravating traffic problems in the city. The meeting felt concerned that the local administration was not paying attention towards this problem for finding a solution. It was felt that vehicles not following the traffic rules should be challaned. The meeting observed that it was also duty of common citizens to adhere the traffic rules in true spirit.
