Slum Premier League Semi Finals Held; Chanchalguda Sultans, Uppal Rockets reach Finals

Hyderabad, August 11, 2016: The six day, first of its kind, Slum Premier Leagues coming to interesting end. 256 players from 16 teams vied for the coveted Titles. After four days of hectic leagues matches, two teams reached final. These include Chanchalguda Sultans and Uppal Rockets. In a four teams Semi Finals held today, Shahd of Chanchalgud Sultans scored unbeatable 53 runs. Tomorrow is the rest day. And the finals will be held on Saturday.

The SPL gave an opportunity to several underprivileged children to showcase their talent and prove their mettle. They proved that if given an opportunity they too are not less than any. The Slums Premier Cricket League is the brainchild of Daniels Cricket Academy.
