Single Window – II inaugurated at PU

Chandigarh, July18, 2018: Prof.Arun K.Grover, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University inaugurated Single Window – II near to Dewan Anand Kumar Hall, Panjab University here today. While appreciating the efforts for this initiative, he informed that this Single Window is set up for the convenience of the candidates and general public which will cater to the following enquiries on all working days from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm and 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm:- 1. Enquiry & submission of Inter-University Migration Certificate/Form. 2. Examination Fee / Tuition Fee Defaulters. 3. Refund of Examination Fee / Tuition Fee. 4. Issuing of No Dues Certificate on clearance of Defaulters / submission of M.Phil. / Ph.D. Thesis. 5. Concession / Scholarships / Stipends. Col. G.S.Chadha (Retd.), Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh informed that this single window will be manned by experts to deal with the specific enquiries. Prof. Shankarji Jha, Dean University Instruction, Prof. Parvinder Singh, Controller of Examination, Prof. Suveera Gill, Chief Vigilance Officer, Architect Harpreet Singh, Sh. R.K. Rai, Executive Engineer, Vikram Nayyar, Finance & Development Officer, Ms. Renuka B. Salwan, Director, Public Relations and other PU officials were present on the occasion. BRIEF The Counseling /interview (of all categories) for the admission of M.A. 1st semester 2018-19 is scheduled to be held on July 23, 2018 from 09.30 a.m. onwards in the Department of Political Science, P.U. Chandigarh.
