Seven Persons & Two Organisations To Be Honoured On Occasion Of World Disability Day

ADC (D) Ludhiana Mr Supreet Singh Gulati on Wednesday hold a meeting in the premises of Braille Bhawan and supervised the ongoing preparations. 
Ludhiana, December 2, 2015: Seven persons and two organisations would be honoured by the Punjab government on the occasion of World Disability Day, which falls tomorrow. A state-level function in this regard would be organised at Braille Bhawan, Chandigarh Road, here tomorrow. Cabinet Minister Mr Surjit K Jyani would be the chief guest on the occasion.
 
ADC (D) Mr Supreet Singh Gulati today held a meeting in the premises of Braille Bhawan and supervised the ongoing preparations. He informed that around 3,000 people from different parts of the state would be attending this function. He said that different stalls would also be set up in the premises.
 
District Social Security Officer Kulwinder Kaur informed that the persons and organisations to be honoured tomorrow include Pawan Kumar, Babbal Jeet Kaur, Vinod Kumar Fakira, Manjagmeet Singh, Amarjeet Singh Anand, Dr Jatinder Aggarwal, Indian Red Cross Organisation Faridkot, Bharat Vikas Parishad Charitable Trust Ludhiana and Tejinder Singh.
