A seven day workshop for children of Police Martyrs being held at Police DAV Public School, Jalandhar on Thursday.
Jalandhar, May 22, 2015: A seven day workshop for the children of Police Martyrs was held at Police DAV Public School, Jalandhar by Punjab Police in collaboration with HDFC Bank from May 15 to 21. The children were given training in different areas like Communication Skills, Table Manners & Etiquette, Social Skills and Body Language, Attire Skills – Self Grooming, Listening & Speaking Skills, Confidence Building, Phonetics etc. The trainees were also taken on a visit to banks. Mr. Sanjeev Kalra, IPS ADGP/PAP and Sh. Arunpal Singh, IPS, IGP/PAP delivered lectures to the trainees. Dr. Rashmi Vij, Principal, Police DAV Public School, Jalandhar trained the students on career counseling. On the completion of workshop the participants were awarded certificates.
