seminar on 'Indian Security Matrix and Role of Media' at Golden Jubilee Hall, PU on October 10

Chandigarh, October 8, 2016: Department of Defence and National Security Studies, Panjab University (PU) would organise a seminar on “Indian Security Matrix and Role of Media” at Golden Jubilee Hall, PU on October 10 from 11 AM to 2 PM.
Maharaja Ranjit Singh Chair Professor and former General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Western Command Lt Gen KJ Singh (Retd.), Lt General Iqbal Singh Singha, Lt General Deepinder Singh, Lt General Jasbir Singh Liddar, Major General Amarjeet Singh and other army officers of repute have consented to participate in the seminar.
The topic of the seminar is very relevant to prevailing situations of country i.e Indian Security Matrix and Role of Media. Around 20 to 25 army officers of Western Command, Chandi Mandir are also expected to participate in the seminar.
