Secretary District Legal Services Authority carries surprise check at observation home Shimlapuri

Ludhiana, August 27, 2019: Ashish Abrol, Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Ludhiana today carried a surprise check of Observation Home located in Shimlapuri. During his visit, he also interacted with the juvenile inmates about their problems and also issued necessary directions to the officials for the redressal of those problems.
On this occasion, Ashish Abrol also inspected the barracks and also took information about the facilities being provided to the inmates. He also provided details about free legal services to the inmates, and also briefed them ways to avail this facility.
He also inspected the legal aid clinic opened in the Observation Home and also interacted with the Para Legal Volunteers appointed by the DLSA and issued necessary directions.
