Ludhiana, August 1, 2017: Senior Citizens' Welfare Association Ludhiana (SCWAL) organised 'Teeyan' Get together of its members to celebrate the Season of Rains.
More than one hundred members and their spouses attended the function. Besides some fun filled games and cultural programme of songs on 'Sawan', Teej ceremonies were performed by giving gifts to ladies.
Mrs Kamlesh Mehndiratta was declared 'Teej Queen".
Mrs Balbir Kaur was adjudged as the best female singer and Mrs Inderjit Kaur Virk was declared as runner up.
The proramme was organised and compered by Mrs Neelam Khosla Vice President and Dr I M Chhibba, General Secretary of SCWAL.
The highlight of the programme was Gidha by ladies.
