CHANDIGARH, MAY 22, 2017: The research paper of Dr.(Mrs.) Jyoti Rattan, Associate Professor, Department of Laws, and Dr.Vijay Rattan, Professor of Public Administration and Consultant to the United Nations, both from the Panjab University(PU), Chandigarh, has been selected by the European Group for Public Administration (EGPA) for oral presentation at the 2017 EGPA Annual Conference, organized in close collaboration with Politecnico di Milano, to be held in Bovisa (Milan), Italy from 30 August to 1st September 2017.
The paper titled “Role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the Metamorphosis of Justice Administration in India: A Legal Study” would be presented under the track PSG XVIII: Justice and Court Administration.
The present Chief Justice of India, Jagdish Singh Khehar has written foreword to Dr.Rattan’s book on “Cyber Laws and Information Technology” published this year and she is also a well-known author and researcher who has written several books in various other legal fields.
Whereas, Dr. Vijay Rattan had earlier participated as a United Nations invited Expert in the “World Civic Forum” in Seoul, South Korea, organized by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA), New York, U.S.A.
