-EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SANCTIONS RS 20 LAC FOR RENOVATION
-ADOPTS UNIFORM RULES TO RUN DISTRICT BRANCH
Ludhiana, December 13, 2017: Executive Committee of District branch of Indian Red Cross Society has decided to get renovated the Red Cross Bhawan, situated at mall road here. Rs. 20 lac has sanctioned for the same. Meeting of Executive Committee held at office of Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana today.
DC Mr.Pardeep Kumar Agrawal presided over the meeting. Committee passed the proposel made by Public Works Department (PWD) in this regard. Under which, construction of new common urinal cum toilets, complete facelift of blood bank, flooring and whitewash of entire building will be done.
Besides this, Committee unanimously decided to adopt the service rules to run district branch framed by state branch. Committee also gave its approval for budget for the year 2017-18. Deputy Commissioner Mr. Agrawal sought the proposel from committee members to start new public oriented initiative for the betterment of people.
ADC (G) Mr. Iqbal Singh Sandhu, Mr. Shiv Kumar Assistant Commissioner (Grievances), Ms Kanu Thind SDM Raikot, Mr. Ram Singh SDM Jagraon, Secretary Mr. Rajiv Kaushik, Mr. Prabhdeep Singh Nathowal DPRO, Dr. Manjit Singh ACS, Mr. Kuldeep Singh Dy. DEO, Mrs. Pappu Avinash Singh and others attended the meeting.
