Punjab Minister for Health, Surjit Kumar Jayani hands over appointment letters to newly appointed 132 radiographers at Chandigarh on Wednesday.

Chandigarh, December 11, 2013: People go to far away places to different states for education even abroad but when they join government job in the state they start approaching for placement at nearby places. This practice should be stopped and employees should focus on providing quality service to the people.
Surjit Kumar Jayani, Minister for Health, Punjab while addressing newly appointed radiographers in the Health Department said that Health Department is committed to provide quality service to the people in the rural areas and employees should work as social worker. He added that all appointments and placements in the department are made in a fair and transparent manner on merit. He said that there would be no discrimination in the department with anyone. If somebody has any problems he or she could directly approach the principal secretary Vini Mahajan.
Earlier, Jayani Handed over appointment letters to newly appointed 132 radiographers in the Health department.
