Ludhiana, January 25, 2013: Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting (Independent Charge) Manish Tewari will unfurl the national flag, on the occasion of Republic Day celebrations on January 26, in Congress Bhawan, Ludhiana at 10 am.
This will be for the first time that a Union Minister will be unfurling the flag at the District Congress Bhawan here, said the Ludhiana District Congress Committee (Urban) president Pawan Dewan today.
It may be mentioned here that Tewari is Congress MP from Ludhiana.
Dewan told that the Union Minister would also preside over a few other functions in Ludhiana district on January 26, the schedule of which is as under:
