Punjab Issues Strict Directives To Extend Fulsome Cooperation To Teams During Inspection Of Roaster Registers

Chandigarh, April 21, 2015: The Punjab Government has issued strict directions to all departments to properly follow the proceedings while inspection of roaster registers besides ensuring fulsome cooperation to the teams constituted for roaster checking. 

According to an official spokesman of welfare department, it has been observed that there was lack of cooperation to the teams constituted for this purpose by the departments concerned. He said Welfare Committee Branch of Punjab Vidhan Sabha had also noticed delay of Inspection Reports due to untimely checking of registers. He said earlier in a high level meeting it had been conveyed to various departments to get their roaster registers checked well in time but these instructions were not being followed by some departments.

He said it had also been conveyed to all departments to get the roaster registers of their respective departments properly maintained so that inspecting teams could check well in time.
