Chandigarh, June 25, 2014: The Punjab and High Court has conferred the powers of Judicial Magistrate 2nd class to 7 members of P.C.S. (J.B.) in different districts of Punjab.
In exercise of powers conferred section 11 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Hon’ble Chief Justice and Judges have conferred the powers of Judicial Magistrate 2nd class to Puneet Mohinia posted at Batala, Insan at Ludhiana, Ram Pal at Nabha, Harjinder Kaur at Abohar, Jaswinder Pal at Mukerian, Gurdarshan Singh at Talwandi Sabo and Lavleen Sandhu posted at Pathankot.
