Chandigarh, March 5, 2015: The Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki extended warm greetings to the people of Punjab and Chandigarh on the eve of Holi.
In his message, Prof.Solanki said the festival of Holi symbolizes the victory of good over evil. He said that this festival marks the advent of spring and also brings together all people, in its spirit of mutual love and harmony, forgetting all distinctions of caste, creed and religion.
The Governor appealed to the people to celebrate these festival of Holi in a true spirit of amity, mutual love, good will and brotherhood.
