Punjab Governor expresses sympathies with aggrieved family members of slain RSS leader Ravinder Gosain

Ludhiana, october 23, 2017: Governor of Punjab VP Singh Badnore on Monday went to the house of local RSS leader Ravinder Gosain who was shot dead by unidentified motorcycle borne assailants in the recent past. He expressed his sympathies with the aggrieved family members of the deceased RSS leader and assured that the killers would soon be behind the bars. He also enquired about progress of investigation goingon in the murder case of the RSS leader from the local police authorities.
While expressing his deep sympathies with the aggrieved family members of the deceased leader Badnore said Punjab police and other investigating agencies were on toes to found out clues of the accused, and assured that the killers would be arrested and put behind the bars soon.
On the occasion, he also met Police Commission of Ludhiana RN Dhoke and Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, to review progress in investigation of the case. He asked the officers to take the case seriously and investigate accordingly because this case was involving law and order situation in Punjab.
Among others, senior police and administrative officers and BJP leaders Ravinder Arora and Vineet Joshi were present.
It may be recalled here that there prevails a resentment among people belonging to all sections of the society after the killing of the RSS leader. Punjab chief minister Capt Amarinder Singh has already announced to hand over the task of investigation into the case to NIA.
