Chandigarh, November 26, 2015: The Punjab Government has notified the reconstitution of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council.
Disclosing this here an official spokesman of Punjab Government said that Director of Industries & Commerce would be Chairperson and Joint Director/ Deputy Director, Department of Industries & Commerce, Punjab would be Member Secretary of the Council.
The spokesman said Managing Director, PSIDC or his Representative ,Sh. Jatinder Mittal, Jatindra Udyog, E-6, Focal Point, Ludhiana and Sh. Rajan Gupta, Kohinoor Group of Industries, Focal Point, Jalandhar would be members of the of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council
He added that the Micro and small Enterprises Facilitation Council will meet as often as required for speedy settlement of disputes concerning realization of interest on delayed payments to Micro and Small Enterprises.
