Punjab Education Department Seeks Online Applications For General Transfers

Chandigarh, June 22, 2015: Punjab Education Department today issued general transfer schedule for teaching and non-teaching staff and the online applications would be received online only from June 24 to 26.  The applicants could apply on the web portal of department i.e. www.ssapunjab.org.

Disclosing this here today Punjab Education Minister Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema said that online process has been introduced for the facilitation of applicants, seeking their transfers. He said that the application would be received online only and after June 26 no application would be tolerated. He said that transfer policy, list of vacant stations and online performa would be uploaded on the portal by evening of June 23, 2015.

Asking applicants of both teaching and non-teaching staff to apply between June 24 and June 26, Dr. Cheema said now the applicants could apply by sitting at their homes. He said that this process had been introduced after completion of rationalization process. Dr. Cheema said that only those applications would be considered, which are submitted online. He said that no application submitted in hand personally or any applications, which are still pending, would not be considered. Applicants are required to submit online applications a fresh.
