Jalandhar, November 28, 2015: Vice Principal and Senior Professor Of DAV College Jalandhar, Prof Vijay Kumar Sareen received the Best Teacher Award -"Sarvotaam Shikshak Sanmaan" in Virasat-e-Khalsa at 14th international conference held by the executive committee of Punjab Commerce and Management Association (PCMA).
The PCMA is a non for profit association serving in field of commerce and management education from last more than a decade with a motto of "Networking for excellence", striving to build an academia industry interface and establish mutual relationship among various experts in the field of management and commerce to achieve excellence.
Prof Vijay Sareen has been Serving the nation under this noble profession from past 3 decades.
The institution feels honoured enough to have him as a member of The entire DAV, Jalandhar family.
Prof Vijay Sareen at the occasion said, "I owe every achievement and recognition to my Karma Bhoomi -the prestigious institution Dav college, Jalandhar . In my entire Career i have been abiding to all the rules and regulations of the university and have always strived to maintain the decorum being demanded by my profession of teaching and I have been a stern learner from my senior colleagues , thus inculcating in myself the essences of being a professor. I naturally feel honoured enough and eternally contended to receive this award, and I promise to serve at my best, to my college, DAV till my last breath".
Principal Dr B B Sharma quoted " indeed our All rounder Member Prof Vijay Sareen has again proved his versitality and has been successful in imparting his noble services to his best of the capability and his intense hard work and dedication towards his profession has fetched him this "Sarvotam Shikshak Sanmaan " , and I feel proud enough of him , his esteemed services has made our students and institution so rich " . I am sure enough, he would keep soaring high like this in the future too, and would keep making us proud ".
