Ludhiana, February 23, 2015: A group of 30 students of PCTE Group of Institutes went on to a tour to Dubai last week. During the tour students visited many places like Ferrari World, Burj Khalifa, Dessert Safari, Snow Park etc. Earlier a batch of students from PCTE has visited USA, UK, France and several European countries under  study tours last year.
Prof.Pankaj Maini, Assistant Professor, PCTE accompanying the students said that it is a great learning experience for all the students in understanding the global city and business hub of the Persian Gulf region. He further added that Students enjoyed shopping at the markets and explored the infrastructure of the city”. The group was also amazed to witness the advanced technology usage in building the sky scrapers. Students enjoyed a deeper look into Burj Khalifa, the tallest building of the world”, said Maini.
“I am thankful to PCTE for providing me such an amazing opportunity to visit Dubai. I look forward to explore as many as places and markets during this visit” said Harsimran Singh student, PCTE. He further added that I am amazed to visit all those places which I have always seen in movies.
Dr. K.N.S.Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes said that it was a life time experience for the students to get International first hand exposure. Dr Kang said that PCTE has fourteen International MoUs signed with leading institutes in France, Poland, Lithuania, UK, Romania, Africa , Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. He further added that apart from International Tours, PCTE also enjoys regular student exchanges with University of Angers, France. Dr Kang said that today’s business is global business and it is very important that faculty and students must have global orientations to face the challenges of complex global business environment.
