PCTE students of B. Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy bagged Eight Positions in PTU

Ludhiana, September 25, 2018: The students of B.Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy of PCTE Group of Institutes preformed amazingly well in the Punjab Technical University Examination and bagged Eight University Positions in the Provisional Merit list for November -2017 semester examinations, where in the students of Batch 2015-19, 2016-20 and 2017-21 performed astonishingly well in the University Examinations.

For Bachelors in Pharmacy, Simrandeep Kaur (Batch 2017-21) bagged the Ninth Position with 8.90 SGPA, Ishaan Arora along with Lavina Jain (Batch 2016-20) bagged the Fifth and Seventh Position with 6.46 and 6.18 SGPA. Simranjit Singh Thind (Batch 2015-19) bagged the Tenth Position along with Nisha Sharma (Batch 2014-18) who bagged the Tenth Position. For Masters in Pharmacy Rajat Jain, Jeevanjot Kaur and Sumit Kumar (Batch 2017-19) bagged the Third, Fifth and Seventh Position in Punjab Technical University.

Dr. Yogesh Chand Gupta, Director, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, said that bagging such positions require a lot of hardwork and dedications and the students have performed extremely well, he further added by saying that in such a competitive world the focus of the students will provide them a better future ahead.

Dr. K.N.S Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the students for their brilliant performance in the University Examination and said that PCTE has always encouraged the students to get the best out of them, whether it’s academically or whether it is to develop their personality, we provide students ample opportunities which help them to excel in the outside world.
