Pavitra Punia masters art of sword fighting for Sony SAB’s Baalveer Returns

Pavitra Punia aka Bhayraani of Sony SAB has dazzled the viewers with her breathtaking looks and performance as Timnasa on the highly revered show Baalveer Returns. She is taking sword fighting lessons to make her action sequences more realistic and to bring out the viciousness of her character even more. Her character Timnasa is fierce and evil, who is on a quest to destroy Baalveer to gain the ultimate powers of the world. Pavitra Punia on taking sword fighting lessons for her role as Timnasa in Sony SAB’s Baalveer Returns said, “I have always enjoyed portraying negative characters and with a strong character like Timnasa, the stakes are high. This role is inspiring me to push boundaries as an artist. In order to add more perfection to my role in Baalveer Returns I have started taking sword fighting lessons. Initially, I used to get hurt during the sword fighting sequences and I realized I was lacking some details. I have poured my heart and soul in this character and I didn’t want to stop. I am thoroughly enjoying this art and it makes me feel alive and makes me Timnasa ready. Sword fighting makes me feel powerful and I will leave no stone unturned to perfect every little detail about Timnasa.”
