PAU DECLARES RESULT OF CET-2016

Ludhiana, june 20, 2016: The Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) has declared the result of CET-2016 on 19.06.2016 and is available on the PAU website www.pau.edu. The common entrance test (CET-2016) was conducted on 18.06.2016 at 19 different centres in the city. The merit of the test will be used for admission to various programmes in the university. Mr Lokesh Goyal of Sangrur stood first in the CET-2016. Controller of Examinations Dr NK Khullar revealed that 4668 students appeared for the examination out of which 2450 were girls and 2218 were boys. Dr PK Khanna, the Registrar PAU informed that the counseling for admission to different programmes based on CET-2016 merit will start on 11.07.2016 in the PAL Auditorium of the university and 80 seats for B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons), 51 for BSc Biotech (Hons), 51 for BTech Food Tech, 52 for BSc (Hons) HSc, 60 for BSc (Hons) Nutrition & Dietetics and 80 seats for 5-year integrated MSc (Hons) programmes in Biochemistry, Botany, Chemistry, Microbiology and Zoology will be filled during the counseling.
