Panjab University invited applications for admission to M.Phil. (Guru Granth Sahib Studies) for session 2015-2016

Chandigarh, June 23, 2015: Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh has invited the applications for admission to M.Phil. (Guru Granth Sahib Studies) for the session 2015-2016. The entrance test for M.Phil. (Guru Granth Sahib Studies) would be held in the Department of Punjabi, PU on July 20 at 10 AM in the Department.

Interested students may submit their applications on plain paper in the office of the Department Arts Block-1st (Floor-1st) by July 6 upto 5 PM.  Late applications would not be entertained.

A candidate having master's degree in any faculty/stream with 55% marks is eligible to apply. The medium of test would be in both the languages i.e. Punjabi as well as English. The syllabi for the test would be Historical, Philosophical, Linguistic and Poetical aspects of Guru Granth Sahib Studies, and Comparative Studies of Religions. / (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
