THE MAN WHO KILLED HIS WIFE AND TWO KIDS, NABBED BY POLICE

Ferozepur, February 5, 2019: The mystery behind the triple murder case in which the accused identified as Paramjit Singh had killed his wife and two kids at Village Asal on January 11, has been unveiled today and the accused Paramjit Singh has been named by the police. Parajit after allegedly killing his wife and kids, had fled from the spot. Since then he was missing and was dodging the clutches of law though the police had been making hectic efforts to locate him. Even the police had roped in the services of expert divers and team of canal department was also asked to check the areas around the rivers and twin canals passing through the district amidst apprehensions that the accused might have tried to end his own life after killing his family.
Finally the accused was nabbed by the police. Mohit Dhawan, SHO Sadar while giving details said that the accused was nabbed following a tip off received by the police.
“During the preliminary interrogation, the accused has accepted that he had killed his wife and kids. As per his statement, Paramjit was suspicious about the character of his wife. On the intervening night, he gave poisonous milk to kill his wife Palwinder Kaur (32). He also decided to kill his two kids Makirat Kaur (13) and son Prabhjotnoor Singh (6) believing that they will not be able to survive in this world and he gave the poisonous milk to them also. But the next day he found that his wife was alive so he killed her with a sharp edged weapon and ran away from home”, said SHO.
