Chandigarh, April 5, 2016: Ludhiana Police Commissionerate today released two sketches of the suspects involved into the brutal killing of Mata Chand Kaur.
Mata Chand Kaur, wife of Late Satgur Jagjit Singh of Namdhari Darbar, was killed by unidentified motorcyclists at Bhaini Sahib in this district on Monday.
The last rites of Mata Chand Kaur were performed today.
The Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Mr.Sukhbir Singh Badal on Monday had already ordered the setting up of Special Investigation Team (SIT) under the supervision of ADGP-cum-Director, Bureau of Investigation Mr.IPS Sahota to probe into the circumstances leading to her death.
The SIT would comprise of Commissioner Police Ludhiana Mr.Jatinder Singh Aulakh as Chairman, SSP Khanna Mr.Satinder Singh and AIG (Crime) Mr.Ravi Charan Singh Brar both as members.
The two sketches of the suspects were released to the media by the local police today.
