Ludhiana News/Jawed Habib unveiled his book titled ‘Hair Yoga’

Ludhiana, December 17, 2013: “December brings in the winter season, this is the time your hair needs utmost care”, said India’s hair expert Jawed Habib on his visit to this city on Tuesday.
Jawed visited Ludhiana to address on his favorite subject “Hair”. Jawed conducted a session today at Guru Nanak Dev Bhawan on Hair and its grooming. This event comprised a detailed talk by him on permanent blow dry, 3D color technique, advanced coloring and creative highlights and innovative texturising cut. The session was followed by the launch of his book – ‘Hair Yoga’ for the region.
While addressing the queries about hair grooming tips for this season, Jawed said that this is the season that your hair needs most care. Hair tends to become dry and rough during the winter season due to cold dry air in the atmosphere. Hair problems during winters are itchy scalp, frizziness, parchy strands, split ends, hair breakage etc. To take care of these problems Jawed advised to practice “Hair Yoga” a simple, everyday hair care regimen. Everyone wants to be groomed well and look their best.
Further, Jawed spoke about hair care tips, that during winters, hair tends to experience    sudden coarseness. This will continue until the end of the season. This change in weather requires a change in your conditioning habits. So, one should go for nourishing services like hair spa and protein treatments. Healthy hair will any day be more stylish and neat as compared to unhealthy ones. Keep the haircut stylish but easy to manage, wash and wear cuts. When you go out on special functions, the hair can be styled in various textures and styles like soft curls, flat ironed and multi textured. If you plan on attending a lot of traditional and Indian weddings, then styles such as longer locks, glamorous up-styles and enhancing color would be in vogue for this season.
