The 10 day royal Thali festival will be hosted from 26th February to 6th March will offer a wide range of authentic culinary delights for the foodies by Chefs from Andhra.
Andhra cuisine, one of the famous cuisines of South India is always marked for its bold, strong flavours enhanced by spices.Andhra recipes and their cooking styles are defined by their history and climate. Keeping that in mind, The Raintree, Anna Salai specially bought Chefs from Andhra to Madras. These master chefs have crafted exotic thali which favours the various cuisines of Rayalaseema, Machilipatnam, Telangana and Bezawada. Delicacies are made with rich condiments and spices from Andhra bought by the chefs were used to bring in the genuine mouth-watering flavours of Andhra and Telengana.
The non-vegetarian buffs can tickle their taste buds with the famed ‘natukodipulusu,' (country chicken). Chapa pulusu, kodi guddu pulao, veta mamsam koora, vennai kodi koora are few among the Rayalaseema flavoured dishes.
