According to the designer Sakshi Gupta, “Femininity is the best portrayal in traditional Indian style of draped sarees and lehengas. I have tried to infuse the ultra feminine and intricate woven creations with futuristic silhouettes. My designs will reflect an amalgam of the wedding and fusion wear with a blend of glitter and shimmer. I have dreamt of brining the similar delicacy and femininity in my gowns and dresses which Elie Saab gave in his design aesthitics. ”

About Sakshi Gupta: Sakshi Gupta graduated from NIFT went to Parsons New School NYC for her higher studies. After returning from USA she decided to launch her Designer Label Sakshi Gupta. As an art and craft lover from her childhood and being associated with the decorating board in school to courses in handicraft clothing; she enjoyed every bit of it. As her interest grew with each project starting from hand embroidered bed sheets and covers to collecting different embellishments for deigning her own dresses engrossed her in fashion industry so much that she intends to start her own label. Her true inspiration came from gowns and dresses of fairytales and elaborated patterns and designs of Alexander Mc Queen. Her favorite style icons are Victoria Beckham and Kate Middleton.
