Lok Adalat for settlement of cases related to Revenue, MGNREGA & Land Acquisition on March 14

Ludhiana, March 12, 2015: For the settlement of cases related to Revenue, MGNREGA and Land Acquisition, a National Lok Adalat would be organised at Ludhiana on March 14. This Lok Adalat would be organised on the directions of Acting Chairman of Punjab Legal Services Authority and Punjab and Haryana High Court judge Justice S S Saro.

While giving information, K K Singla, secretary, District Legal Services Authority cum Chief Judicial Magistrate said that in the National Lok Adalat, the pending cases as well as the Pre-Litigative Cases would be heard. He informed that a Pre Lok Adalat would be organised daily in the District Courts. He said that people who want their cases to be heard in this Lok Adalat can apply with the concerned judge in case of pending cases and with the secretary, District Legal Services Authority in case the case is not pending in any court.
