KMVites take pledge to fight terrorism

Jalandhar, July 27, 2015: KMVites take pledge to fight terrorism in the wake of today’s terrorist act at Gurdaspur. This act of cowardice was condemned by the KMVites. Prof. Atima Sharma, Principal, KMV addressed the students on this occasion. She averred that the onus on today’s youth is tremendous. They have to steer the nation in the right direction in coming times. She further maintained that the menace  of terrorism needs to be  nipped  and strong steps should be taken to counter it. At this juncture the need is of the hour is peace and unity all present observed one minute silence to pay condolence to the martyrs.  KMV is an institution draped into nationalistic fervour and has played a pivotal role in the nation’s freedom struggle. KMVites has sent the message to all the Indians to stay united and together under all circumstances.
